TECHNOLOGICAL BASE

Transportation of bulk cargo requires a constant monitoring of a proper technical condition of railway and automobile tanks. One of the main elements of such control is to provide the purity of inner and outer surfaces. In this regard, our company is building a technological base in Znamenka, Kirovograd region.

The technological base is intended to make the tanks ready for repair and further usage. We use one of the most modern and efficient technologies which is friendly to environment and removes impurities from the metal surface with the help of  hydrodynamic force and surface-active agent.

Technological base will render such services:

• purification of the inner surface of the tank boiler from the rest of cargo. The VU-19 and VU-20 statements and the sanitary passport are issued (if necessary);
• purification of the outer surface of the tank boiler, its painting, drawing stencils or logos on it;
• recycling and utilizing the rest of the cargo from purified tanks;
• hydraulic test of tank boiler;
• maintenance of railway cars;
• organization of current and overhaul repairs of railway cars;
• projecting of technological complexes, buildings and structures  (license);
• construction work   (license).

This technological base is placed in Znamenka because of its advantageous geographical location in the centre of Ukraine at the intersection of five main railway lines (towards Kiev, Odessa, Donetsk, Kharkov and Lvov) and highways linking all regions of our country.

Now we have begun the installation of technological equipment of a core set for the processing of tanks.
